Our handmade headpieces and scarves are created from carefully sourced second-hand fabrics. Each piece is unique, made in small quantities, and may vary slightly in color or texture — a natural result of working with reclaimed materials.

Curated vintage section

Our curated vintage selection consists of carefully sourced, pre-loved garments chosen for their quality, character, and timeless appeal.

Each piece is selected one by one from second-hand stores and private sources, with attention to fabric, construction, and fit.

Because these garments have lived a life before, subtle signs of wear may be present. We see these as part of their story rather than flaws. Any notable imperfections are always communicated clearly.

Our vintage pieces are available in very limited quantities, often just one of each, making every find truly unique.

We know where our clothes come from and we want you to know too.
By sharing our production process and partners, we hope to create a more honest connection between you and the clothes you wear.

All of our shirts and shorts are produced in a factory located in Humen, Dongguan. Each piece is carefully cut and sewn, with attention to detail and fit. We choose this partner for their craftsmanship, transparency, and respectful working environment.

Frequently asked questions

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@dearest-antwerp.be.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

At dearest, each piece is created with intention and care through different processes, depending on its nature.

Vintage pieces
Our vintage selection is carefully sourced across Europe by the founder. Each item is hand-picked for its quality, character, and timeless appeal.

Reworked pieces
Our reworked garments begin as second-hand items, sourced with a focus on fabric quality and potential. Each piece is then thoughtfully redesigned and handmade by the founder, giving new life and a new identity to existing clothing.

Manufactured sets
Our set pieces are produced in collaboration with a trusted manufacturer in Humen, China. These items are developed with attention to design, fit, and quality, ensuring they align with the vision and standards of the brand.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

For now we only ship within the EU.

All prices are final. VAT is not applicable under the Belgian small business exemption regime (Article 56bis).
